Our mission is to make people feel more alive by delivering the unexpected and we're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help do just that. We're growing quickly and you'll partner with our Technical teams to strategically scale the organization globally. You have led every step of the recruiting process, and then some. You are passionate about candidate experience, and are dedicated to providing fast, thoughtful, and high-touch interactions with every candidate, during every stage of the process. You have an analytical approach to your pipeline and are always looking at the data to see what’s going wrong, and what’s going right. You question the status quo and get excited about making tweaks to the process to see what works.

**Within 1 Month, You Will:** * Become an expert in the HotelTonight story, our product, and what we’re looking to accomplish * Build strong partnerships with your Hiring Managers and quickly become keyed into the intricacies of their business and the integral role each team plays in HotelTonight’s success * Immerse yourself into each role you own, learning the day-to-day responsibilities, unique challenges, and opportunities every role offers * Create strategic sourcing plans for each search and build strong pipelines that will turn into recruiting machines **Within 3 Months, You Will:** * Lead multiple searches or our SF and Berlin based technical organization, filling roles on the iOS, Android, QA, Platform, and Data Security teams * Truly own each search – proactively seek out bottlenecks in the process, continuously recalibrate the profile if needed, share market feedback with the hiring manager, and bring best practices to the interview panel * Empower and enable Hiring Managers to drive the pipeline and spot great talent * Identify ways we can be better, faster, and stronger as a talent team, using data and feedback to see trends, ask questions, and improve how we work * Provide white-glove service to candidates * Act as an ambassador to the HotelTonight brand **Within 12 Months, You Will:** * Be a strategic partner to each team you support, sharing your expertise and providing thoughtful guidance throughout the sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process * Help elevate HotelTonight’s Talent Brand within the talent communities you support * Own projects that both inspire you and push the Recruiting team forward * Take risks, fail, learn, and try again
