FP and A Manager

A critical part of any business is understanding its key drivers, both operational and financial. You’ll develop a deep understanding of the business leading the team that works side by side with operational managers, company leadership and other finance professionals. You’ll have an immediate impact, owning and developing the financial plan for the company plus helping drive new opportunities through monetizing new products, expanding into new markets and advising on new business partnerships. This is a great opportunity for a quantitatively driven individual to develop a deep understanding of a global e-commerce business from a financial perspective. * Lead the FP&A team * Act as a trusted Finance business partner to drive global performance * Deliver in-depth analysis of marketing and operations KPIs and make recommendations on process/policy improvements * Identify areas of strategic growth and operational efficiency across the business and advise on investment into these areas * Support business units with diligence and analysis surrounding new products, expansion of services, areas of growth and efficiency * Assist in driving the budgeting and forecasting process, including revenue, workforce and expense planning * Develop management reports, board presentations and investor reports * Prepare actuals-to-forecast and actuals-to-budget variance reporting * Assist in the fundraising process including preparing materials for presentations and diligence

* 4-6 years of relevant experience (e.g. FP&A, investment banking) * Excellent time management and prioritization skills * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills * Comfort working both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team * High integrity - you will work with sensitive financial data, so discretion is key * Love for the categories we operate in - mobile, travel and e-commerce * Demonstrated capacity for developing & understanding strategy and business operations – take some ideas and run with them, while developing your own hypotheses * A desire to win! - remove this part on job summary: HotelTonight makes it remarkably easy to book great hotels at amazing last-minute rates on your mobile device, for tonight, tomorrow and next week.
