Summary
Leverage data and insights for social reporting, evaluate testing, results, work on internal and external market research, and build campaign and guest level performance metrics to build and continuously update comprehensive and relevant Social strategies.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the social reporting process, including but not limited to daily reporting, weekly and monthly dashboards, campaign recaps and ad hoc reports and requests. * Provide strong consulting through a deep understanding of business problems, being able to connect data, analytics and people, and developing and implementing creative solutions to support social marketing * Utilize existing social measurement tools (Radian6, Netbase, Facebook Isnights), web analytical tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst) and business intelligence tools, as well as identify new or emerging tools to help articulate social performance. * Collaborate with guest engagement, content and platform strategy, paid media and creative teams to share social performance results, and help recommend future marketing initiatives within the social space. * Evaluate test results -- Analyze web metrics and guest level data to provide organization recommendation for optimizing marketing activities.
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 years of digital analytics, web, ecommerce, digital product or channel strategy experience * Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated bias for action and execution orientation * Social listening, paid digital media, database management experience a nice to have * 2-3 years digital channel and/or digital product experience (marketing, commerce and in-store) * Desire for eCommerce experience
