Telephone Sales Executive

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ) is the state's largest health insurance company, serving nearly 3.7 million members. Horizon BCBSNJ is a not-for-profit, tax paying health insurer, headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.

This position is responsible for individual account sales, received from clients responding to promotional materials and phone inquiries.

* Informs and educates clients on select HZN products and services * Ensures clients are informed of relevant legislative and regulatory issues and their associated impact * Facilitates the enrollment process for new individual sales. * Ensures applications are complete and filed timely and meet all regulatory requirements * Represents the company in professional and courteous manner at all times * Completes internal management reports as required * Participates in ongoing sales training to enhance skills and to keep abreast of changes. * Performs other duties as assigned.
