Program Manager

The TIGER Program Manager is responsible for the Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) program management for the AGT1500 engine. In this role, the selected candidate will manage the US Army Services contract performance for the Abrams AGT1500 engine Partnership at Anniston Army Depot.

The position manages Operations Manager on site at ANAD, the OPSEC Manager in Augusta, GA and the Logistics Manager on site at Honeywell-Phoenix, AZ. The position will report to the HTSI Army Logistics Sr PM with dotted line reporting to the Honeywell D&S DAA AGT1500 CBL. The PM will lead the program in coordinating Integrated Project Team (IPT) planning, leading support to meet program metrics, developing HTSI program EACs, managing financial goals, participating in AOP and STRAP initiatives, issue resolution, personnel management, schedule management, business development opportunities and overall program success in coordination with D&S DAA and HTSI. The selected candidate will be responsible for business development, providing support and guidance, meeting the D&S DAA and HTSI operational and financial metrics of the program as well as coordination with D&S DAA technical sales on Army opportunities. The individual will lead growth activities for the program to include product and service scope additions. The individual will have personnel management responsibilities as well as responsibility for program deliverables to D&S DAA and end customers. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Engineering, or related field, and at least 5 years of program related experience, or in lieu of a degree, 13 years of related experience of progressively increasing responsibility. Advanced degree preferred. PMP certification preferred.

Additional Qualifications

Experience is necessary in multi-divisional program management and internal Honeywell processes. High levels of knowledge and experience in Repair and Overhaul operations and Material management specific to Depot operations are required. Experience in US Army / TACOM customer relationship management is highly desirable. A maintenance management background with direct experience in PBL programs is preferred. Strong experience and knowledge of Honeywell Aerospace product offerings is required. Risk management/decision making skills, strong problem-solving skills and ability to influence customers are required. Project management skills to manage resources, schedules, budgets and make technical business decisions are required.
