Director of Strategic Sales

HomeSuite makes money from a user committing to a unit. When a person agrees to sign a lease, the startup takes a percentage of the first payment ranging from five to ten percent, with the cut decreasing on more expensive units. HomeSuite is reducing the amount of work its users would have to put into moving in and out of a unit.

We are looking for a Sales Director to grow and lead our team of Partner Managers. To succeed at HomeSuite, you must be many things at once. You must be a solid sales leader, and know how to help your team turn “No’s” into “Yes’s”. You must have experience selling in a high velocity environment – building great relationships and finding the right question to ask at the right time. Most importantly, you know how to teach others to do the same. The right person will enjoy helping others grow their career and exceed quota. Finally, you know how to do all of that fast, lightning fast. If you can keep your head while everyone else loses theirs.

* You will be responsible for leading all day-to-day operations of HomeSuite’s partner outbound sales team * You will recruit, hire and onboard new reps for our expanding team * You will motivate the team to achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly sales goals * You will refresh our playbook, establish sales team structure and processes, including weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-ones * You will develop and execute training and coaching programs

* 4-6 years of demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales quotas in a target driven role * 2 years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of hiring an all star - team, setting goals and delivering performance in a startup environment * A healthy respect for a great sales process and an interest in continuing to improve processes * Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, dynamic startup culture
