JD Edwards Business Analyst

We're looking for a dynamic individual to join the nation's leading and largest provider of Independent Retirement Living, Holiday Retirement. The JDE Business Analyst provides Finance and Accounting subject matter expertise and is responsible for leading projects and providing support for the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne financial applications. The position reports to the Manager of ERP Systems and will work with IT, business leaders and end users to implement projects and resolve issues from concept through implementation.

- Supports our broad implementation JDE EnterpriseOne applications, including HR, Payroll, Real Estate, G/L, Employee Self-service, Manager Self-service, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. - Works collaboratively with business, IT, and consultant teams to analyze requirements, propose and execute solutions - Uses expert knowledge to configure applications to support business requirements - Works closely with business managers and users to understand their processes and procedures

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar roles with strengths in gathering requirements - Strong functional knowledge and experience with JD Edwards and several of the JDE modules listed above, including processes and best practices - JD Edwards development experience is a plus, but not required. - Experience with at least one JD Edwards upgrade preferred - Demonstrated mastery of JD Edwards file-layouts and structures, forms, interface techniques and business views - Solid experience with typical JD Edwards implementation methodologies - Strong background in web-based applications and web technologies
