CEI Project Administrator

HNTB Corporation is currently seeking a CEI Project Administrator in our CEI West Palm Beach, Florida office to support complex FDOT and Expressway Authority highway and bridge projects.

* Responsible for overall field management of HNTB's contract, "CEI" administration and coordination on mid to large size project of a diverse and complex nature. * Monitor activities of assigned staff for conformance with HNTB's contractual requirements. * Provide technical leadership for complex or unique assignments. * Manage construction contracts for compliance with contract documents. * Manage consultant contracts on behalf of HNTB clients. * Manage the change process on ongoing construction contracts on behalf of HNTB clients. * Review drawings, specifications, and installation for constructability. May recommend changes to design. * Analyze complex construction/design problems requiring the development of new or improved techniques or procedures and consults with design engineering personnel. * Read and interpret complex contract documents (plans, specs, shop drawings). * Collect data to brief Client on project issues and provides possible resolutions. * Prepare summary inspection reports of daily activities. * These are open positions on the HNTB CEI South Florida team available because of our current work load, serious applications only please.

* At least 5 years of Project Administration experience on FDOT projects, and 15 years of construction administration experience. * CTQP certifications required. * Four year degree preferred.
