Senior Accountant

Team Acceleration software is a modern, digital and mobile answer to antiquated recruiting and training software. Traditional solutions have been around for decades and have placed barriers and bias in the way of finding, selecting, and coaching a company's most important asset - its people.

* Assist with month-end close process including preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, reviewing trial balance, and preparing portions of the monthly financial package * Analyze elements of financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances * Assist with revenue and commission procedures, including the review of customer contracts and invoices * Oversee certain accounts receivable billing and collection functions * Assist with international accounting operations and related compliance filings and audits * Analyze and post various accruals * Research and apply accounting guidance to develop solutions to accounting issues * Conduct ad hoc financial/operational analysis as required * Assist with preparation of schedules for financial statement audit * Assist with other accounting/finance projects as necessary

* Three+ years related accounting experience preferred * SaaS industry experience preferred * CPA Preferred * Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and analytical abilities * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Eager, quick learner with strong teamwork spirit * Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong knowledge of Excel
