Product Manager

Team Acceleration software is a modern, digital and mobile answer to antiquated recruiting and training software. Traditional solutions have been around for decades and have placed barriers and bias in the way of finding, selecting, and coaching a company's most important asset - its people.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving our HireVue Build core product offering. You will work with multiple teams to execute the HireVue product vision. You will be integral in developing the product vision with the Product team through data analysis, customer interviews, and industry research. Your success will be measured by the impact you and your teams have on KPI’s for customer and business success. You will have the opportunity to complete customer discovery, design, prototyping and testing, development, and delivery to market. Ultimately, you will be delivering solutions to help the largest companies around the world build highly successful teams.

• Use product and business analytics to determine KPI goals for the team, product, and each release to drive and develop product strategy and roadmap for our core product offering, HireVue Build.
• Validate discovery and design efforts through user studies, tests, and conducting data analysis on user behavior and talking to customers.
• Develop well-informed hypotheses based on a deep knowledge of our customers, competitors and market.
• Convey the customer problem throughout the organization and the benefit that would be provided when solved.
• Partner with user experience and engineering lead to create and test wireframes and prototypes for proposed features, and understand the dependencies and complexity of implementing features.
• Work with go to market teams to create and execute on a successful launch plans.
