A Bilingual Japanese/English Outbound Coordinator with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for distributing Hilton Grand Vacations Club information and providing tour information over the phone for guests and visitors in Japan in an effort to book a preview or sell a promotional vacation package.

Promote our exclusive new luxury property through telephone guest sales. Sell resort preview packages to qualified hotel guests. Interact with hotel guests over the phone on a daily basis by offering them the opportunity to learn more about our new property through booking/scheduling resort previews and tours. Provide customer/concierge services to all guests projecting a professional company image. Assists in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs, according to the standards of professionalism adhered to by the Hilton Corporation.

**Basic Qualifications** * Fluent in Japanese * Basic English ability * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook) * High School Diploma * Minimum 1 year customer service experience * Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with VOICE and Salesforce * Experience working in Timeshare industry
