Summary
The Reporting Analyst will oversee reporting and analysis across all major advertising initiatives
Responsibilities
* Manage reporting for all media buying including daily reporting and optimization. * Pull performance updates across media partners, and report out on key metrics to media team * Maintain regular reporting across multiple campaigns with different goals, including piecing together and circulating reports for daily optimizations as well as longer term analysis reports * Conduct disciplined analysis and make platform, channel and creative level optimization recommendations to media director. * Act as liaison between the digital advertising and digital analytics department - manage long and short term analysis projects between teams * Maintain a record of test results to be shared between digital teams * Develop compelling presentations of data and reporting
Ideal Candidate
* Experience with digital advertising programs on behalf of political candidates or committees * You have exceptional communication skills - you understand unique objectives and can clearly articulate proposed solutions * Your background is in marketing consulting, finance, software, advertising. In the Microsoft suite, you’re more comfortable in excel, but dabble in paint - you’re analytical at heart, but can understand and articulate creative needs * You have proven data interpretation capabilities, including knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research, lifetime value, and ROI * Strong client-relationship skills and experience managing multiple projects across internal teams * You have a strong understanding of digital media buying * Fluency with Microsoft Office and proficiency in analytical tools such as SAS and SQL * Ability to work collaboratively in a group environment, exceptional work ethic, a self-starter comfortable with late hours and regular seven day work weeks * Passion for politics and desire to elect Hillary Clinton the next President of the United States.
