Deployment Specialist

Hightower is the leading commercial leasing management platform that enables brokers and owners to better conduct their end-to-end leasing workflow. Hightower's intuitive platform enables CRE professionals to collaborate with their teams, manage important files, and update deals all in real-time from the web or their mobile devices. Commercial landlords use Hightower to gain real-time visibility across their global portfolios and make data-driven leasing decisions.

Hightower is hiring for a Deployment Associate to support our rapidly growing customer base. This individual will be responsible for onboarding assets and integrating Hightower with existing property management systems. You will be working with customers throughout onboarding and integration, managing the various moving pieces of the onboarding and integration projects, and ensuring that other team members are kept up to date.

* Interfacing with the product to enhance the deployment experience for clients * Working with customers via phone and email and guiding them through implementations * Troubleshooting errors and working to find solutions * A lot of time with Excel (but advanced Excel skills are not required) * Managing and staying on top of the many parts of each project * Collaborating with team members to successfully execute projects * Contributing to the team’s growth

* A university degree * 1-3 years experience engaging with clients or customers * Experience with Excel * A data driven approach to addressing issues and solving problems * A highly customer-focused mindset; empathy for our customer’s need and pain * A strong track record for managing details, coupled with great communication skills
