Content Marketing Associate

Hightower is the leading commercial leasing management platform that enables brokers and owners to better conduct their end-to-end leasing workflow. Hightower's intuitive platform enables CRE professionals to collaborate with their teams, manage important files, and update deals all in real-time from the web or their mobile devices. Commercial landlords use Hightower to gain real-time visibility across their global portfolios and make data-driven leasing decisions.

Hightower is hiring a Content Marketing Associate to create outstanding content that represents our brand and effectively tells our story. This individual will be responsible for growing our blog, managing our content contributors, and writing marketing materials.

* Creating high quality content (e.g., blog posts, webinars, white papers, customer testimonials) that furthers Hightower’s position as an industry thought leader. Content must tell our story in a succinct, clear, and effective manner * Managing our blog contributors and editing their work * Working with our design and sales team to improve existing content * Ensure that all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone-of-voice, and optimized for search and social promotion * Working with internal stakeholders to attain all necessary approvals for content prior to delivering it to the marketplace * Monitoring trends in web and social media, and incorporate as appropriate to increase user engagement and content effectiveness * Contributing to our social media marketing efforts

* University degree, preferably in a writing intensive subject * 1-3 years experience writing content, ideally in a business context * Strong communication skills and experience working on a team * An interest in SaaS companies and/or commercial real estate
