Branding and Communications Designer

Hightower is the leading commercial leasing management platform that enables brokers and owners to better conduct their end-to-end leasing workflow. Hightower's intuitive platform enables CRE professionals to collaborate with their teams, manage important files, and update deals all in real-time from the web or their mobile devices. Commercial landlords use Hightower to gain real-time visibility across their global portfolios and make data-driven leasing decisions.

Hightower is seeking a visual designer to produce graphic, screen-based, and motion design materials to support the Hightower brand. This role will involve creating explanation videos and small promos of new features, designing announcement emails and presentations, keeping the marketing website up to date, and producing marketing one-pagers and collateral materials. We are looking for someone with a strong background in motion graphics, video editing, and visual design and at least 1-2 years of experience. This position will report to our Product Marketing Manager.

• Taking concepts, outcomes, and problems and turning them into beautiful design solutions and mockups
• Producing explanation videos and promos of new features
• Designing announcement emails and presentations
• Keeping our marketing site up to date and visually appealing
• Working with our business team to design collateral that effectively reflect Hightower and our value prop

• Experience with Adobe Suite, Sketch, video tools (Premiere or Final Cut Pro)
• 1-2+ years of experience
• Excellent communication skills
