Summary
Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company is looking for a stellar marketing professional to join its team in Sunnyvale, CA as the Americas Campaign Manager. Working closely with the Americas Campaign Team Lead and as a key part of the Global marketing team, the Americas Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for regional end to end campaign strategy and management as part of our overall marketing strategy. This includes creating and delivering a full suite of integrated campaign activities through internal teams and external agencies. The Americas Marketing Campaign Manager will also be responsible for campaign analytics and optimization. This is a hands-on role incorporating strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
* Work with global campaigns teams, regional sales teams, and channel teams to effectively adapt, plan and execute both global campaigns and regional targeted lead generation campaigns as is applicable for the market * Align marketing plan and execution with regional/market needs * Create quarterly plans for the region that reflect strategic goals and marketing mix to drive lead generation * Plan with channel marketing to include partner enablement and to/through marketing as needed for the regional campaign. Channel team will be responsible for actual execution * Write copy for and create emails and reg pages, and other campaign elements in Marketo for execution of regional lead generation campaigns * Work with Marcom team to have appropriate imagery created for use in campaigns * Translate global campaign packages for regional execution, depending on region * Translated tactics to be sent back to Global Campaign Manager to be uploaded to Asset Hub if needed. * Source and acquire appropriate target regional customer lists from Marketo for market execution * Leverage Install Base programs as integral part of Campaigns, using both Aruba and HP install base lists for regional execution. * Design and implement automated email nurturing campaigns through Marketo Create campaign landing pages in Marketo, working with web team as needed * Track and measure campaign effectiveness * Manage quarterly budget for campaigns
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of Seven (7) years of experience in Marketing Programs, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Agency or Marketing Communications required * Minimum of Two (2) years of experience specifically in managing integrated campaigns, project management, or launch management required * Understanding of total marketing mix, including digital, social, direct and the science of measurement required * Hands on experience with Marketo and Salesforce required * Experience with high tech, networking, software or social media vendor required * Ability to pick up a basic understanding of new technologies quickly required * Must be a great collaborator and communicator * Proficient with business writing, presentations, and public speaking required * Must be organized with an eye for continual improvement **Preferred Qualifications:** * MBA * Experience creating marketing campaigns for networking and / or wireless networking solutions
