• Contributes to development of company objectives and principles and achieves goals in creative and effective ways.
• Designs, develops, and maintains business systems features, and may lead activities of cross-functional business team to deliver solutions.
• Accurately scopes and estimates project work, meeting timelines.
• Shares administration duties with the Salesforce Administrator, including configure & administer Salesforce instances, implement solutions, QA, training, documentation, as well as administering platform integrations.
• Shares production administration duties with Product Marketing technical operations for Healthwise.org website and the Healthwise Resource Center used by clients.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related information technology field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of best practice business processes and business systems development.
• 8+ years’ experience with integrating complex business systems.
• 8+ years’ experience with SQL databases, data migration, and integration tools.
• 4+ years’ experience developing and administrating ERP and CRM instances and applications such as Salesforce instances and Apttus force.com applications.
• Strong technical problem solving skills with ability to effectively communicate solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and API methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Exceptional level of professionalism in the areas teamwork, respect and internal customer service.
