Our founding team of technologists and social workers came from a background of working with vulnerable patients in Baltimore hospitals.
Healthify is looking for an energetic, thoughtful person with project management and/or account management experience to join our growing Customer Success team! This is a great opportunity for an organized, strong communicator to help set product priorities and drive the long-term growth of our business. In doing that, you’ll have a hand in helping us achieve our mission - building a world where no one’s health is hindered by their need.
- Be the face and voice of Healthify, and act as a cultivator of client retention and happiness
- Guide users through implementation with a “training-first” mindset
- Troubleshoot user issues
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to help our products grow and flourish
- 3+ years experience in a client-facing role
- Analytical thinker
- SaaS experience at (preferably at an early stage startup)
- High EQ -- you'll be working with many people, both internally and externally
- An interest in public health and healthcare technology and policy
- Must be living in, or willing to relocate to, the Tri-State Area
The following would be nice:
- Work experience in healthcare or public health
- Project management history
- A knack for having great ideas!
