The role of recruiter is critical to the success of HealthEast. You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting to attract, screen, and select top level talent. You will also provide strategic consultation to internal customers, to help them achieve their goal of providing world class patient care.

* Prospect, source, qualify and deliver high quality talent for key patient care and shared services departments * Provides expert counsel to hiring leaders on critical decision criteria for candidates including compensation, relocation, career development, etc. * Facilitate offer negotiations from pre-closing of candidates through to offer acceptance and onboarding * Assists with candidate and hiring manager communications, and supports the candidate experience. * Maintains data integrity in applicant tracking system including updating requisitions with accurate information and posting open jobs. * Actively participates in creating and implementing improvements to achieve clinical, satisfaction and/or efficiency outcomes. * Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations and policies, procedures and standards.

**Education:** * Bachelor’s Degree Business Admin or related field or equivalent. **Experience:** * Minimum of 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience. Proven ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Proven ability to prospect, source, qualify and deliver high quality talent for hard-to-fill positions. **Knowledge:** * Knowledge with recruitment technologies (Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM, etc.) required. Basic capabilities with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
