Product Manager for eLearning

We are seeking a Product Manager, eLearning to select and curate content products and to develop features, functions and tools to improve marketability and delivery to clients. This may include interfacing with customers, developing and growing relationships with business partners, researching and identifying options to improve the products, and acting as a spokesperson for effective delivery, support and utilization of your products.

* Gather customer and stakeholder feedback, metrics, and competitive analysis to guide the product roadmap * Create detailed user stories and requirements for product initiatives, and assist a talented team of engineers to bring them to life * Create technical integration plans and timelines to release new products.Communicate progress, priorities and roadblocks to key stakeholders. * Prioritize resource and tradeoff decisions based on your understanding of market value, revenue potential, client impact and alignment with company strategy * Research, evaluate, and make recommendations for new content, products or partners and their relative value to the business * Develop and foster collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. * Model leadership behaviors on the product management team and within the office; serve as delegation point for leadership team

**You Have:** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences * Strong ability to influence, using appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques to gain acceptance of ideas or plans, the ability to modify your behavior or work style to accommodate tasks, approach situations, and influence people. * Presents own ideas, seeks and develops suggestions of others, and leverages appropriate influence strategies to gain genuine agreement. Persists by using different approaches as needed to gain commitment. * 3+ years of experience in product management or commensurate experience in the software industry, healthcare education or eLearning domains * Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline **You Might Have:** * Experience working in or developing products for the US healthcare provider market * Experience in the learning management or elearning domains * Knowledge of Agile and/or Kanban methodologies
