Lead QA Engineer

We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer to support our engineering teams in delivering high quality software to our customers. The Lead QA Engineer will work closely with small, cross-functional software engineering teams to champion quality efforts during the entire SDLC.

* Facilitating consistency in qualification efforts across product engineering teams * Providing guidance for test automation best practices * Assisting in efforts to have unit test coverage for client, and server-side code * Working with infrastructure support teams to ensure environmental consistency * Preparing for future application qualification needs (i.e., load testing, security audits)

* 7+ years as a Senior or Lead QA Engineer * Extensive experience with a test automation framework (i.e., Selenium) * Experience with C#, and .NET web technologies (ASP.NET, MVC, Web Forms) * Experience with server-side, and client-side unit testing frameworks * Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) * Experience with a modern IDE (Visual Studio, Eclipse, etc.) * Experience with a version control system (TFS, Git, SVN, etc.) * Experience with a relational database system (i.e., SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
