**Duties and Responsibilities:** Responsible for assuring the work schedules are submitted for all personnel assigned in their area, making sure that all positions for that area, making sure that all positions are back filled during leave periods, preparing statistical reports as required for that particular area. When needed fills in during lunch hours and during leave periods.

**Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:** Must be self-motivated, possess good communication skills, flexible, and willing to work in a multi-functional environment. Need strong leadership and interpersonal skills, detail oriented, have strong organizational and time management skills. **Additional Position Information:** Must have a top secret security clearance and at least two (2) years of recent (within the last (5) years) supervisory experience in the provision of electrical or mechanical services.
