Responsibilities
* Manage in-house creative assignments as well as external assignments with creative agencies. * Supervise broadcast, digital, television and print creative development and production. * Drive advertising ideas for new and existing digital and print. * Successfully guides multiple simultaneous projects from project briefing through final approval. * Negotiate media pricing and packaging while closely managing quality. * Responsible to maintain the urgent care web-site content to ensure alignment with HCA, PSG and Division leadership. * Accurately track timelines, due dates and budget details. * Drives sustained revenue growth through effective advertisement. * Responsible for coordinating and executing social media strategy on social platforms. * Utilize additional technologies to support advertising efforts as well as reader promotions. * Responsible to balance maintaining details and being highly organized while working under deadline pressure. * Responsible to review market advertisement opportunities including community events. Coordinate and execute advertisement plan and events within each market. * Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals to ensure successful realization of the Service Line’s vision and goals that align with HCA and PSG. * Directs advertising activity and sets performance goals accordingly. * Monitors and evaluates the advertising activities and services of market competition. * Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. * Prepares periodic reports showing current advertising campaign strategies and long range planning for advertisement. * Builds a competitively superior organization by being a liaison between the advertisement department and other stakeholders including joint venture partners, division leadership, physicians and urgent care centers. * Develops an organizational culture that leads to ongoing excellence and effective growth of the business while maintaining the highest integrity. * Collaborates with the HCA Hospitals, Divisions and other Lines of Business to ensure good communication and proper execution of all initiatives. * Ensures proper alignment with our physician and provider partners. * Ensures Business Continuity. * Clearly communicates HCA, PSG and UC Service Line Mission and Values. * Coordinate market research and advertisement with timely opening of new UC Markets and clinic locations. * Participates in the development and execution of the Service Line business plan. * Strengthens organizational infrastructure and develops leadership pipeline to support future growth of Service Line and Shared Services capabilities.
Ideal Candidate
In depth and up to date knowledge of healthcare administration typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree, in a business or healthcare related discipline. In addition, candidate must possess at least five years practice/healthcare senior management experience. Experience in Urgent Care or Ambulatory Care setting is preferred.
