The Hasbro Games team is looking for individuals who have a passion for building and implementing package designs that translate brand message while maximizing current technologies and trends. Graphic Designer In the role as Graphic Designer you are responsible for creating and executing design concepts as well as maintain visual appearance, usability and brand continuity.

**Key Skills:** - Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing at a team level - Adhering to item level budget - Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Word, Excel - High level of creativity, passion and integrity - Strong presentation skills - Organized and able to multi-task in a high-volume environment - Ability to thrive in an ever changing environment - Ability to understand a Brand Strategy - Develop strong relationships with cross functional teams - Understand cross functional team member's roles - Utilizing HFE partners - Experience with 3D software a plus - Ability to conceptualize and sketch ideas **Packaging Experience/skills required:** - Package layout, taking existing elements and applying to packaging - Creating iconography, logs and informational graphics - Manage item level photo shoots and photo shoot prep - Development of presentation assets, comp packages ,etc. - Facilitate workload through HFE - Understand QA and legal package requirements and apply to packaging - Responsible for item level schedule management
