Systems Administrator

Systems Administrator is responsible for providing Tier II/III server support for classified and unclassified IT systems. Assist IT customers with fix/break resolutions to resolve complicated or unknown problems in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree and/or 5+ years experience (or commensurate combination of education, training and experience) required
• Security+ certification with CE enrollment
• Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, DNS, file servers, SharePoint, VM environments, ESXi, and SANs
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2
• Experience with SCAP scans and DISA STIGs
• OS or Infrastructure certification required within 30 days of hire - acceptable certifications include MCP, MCTS, or MCITP.
• ITILv3 Foundations required (or must be able to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to support on-call requirements

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Five years of experience with Windows 2012R2 server
• Valid DoD TS/SCI clearance would be preferable, minimum of secret required
• Previous experience supporting a Government and/or Department of Defense customer
