Mobile Software Engineer

We are looking to fill a critical role for a Mobile Software Engineer. This person will provide top-level technical expertise, complex software systems programming and analysis. Design cross-functional architectures including both hardware and software. S/he will provide quality assurance testing; perform review and evaluation of new software products. Position requires advanced technical knowledge in all areas of applications programming, reverse engineering, malware analysis, and embedded/mobile development.

* Rapidly learn new concepts & techniques and perform research & prototyping in response to evolving mission requirements * Development of tools and automation capabilities in support of primary mission goals * Provide network protocol analysis, network engineering, and data traffic analysis * Perform detailed analysis of data hiding techniques * Assess vulnerabilities in software, systems, and computer networks * Prepare and provide short presentations to technical and non-technical personnel * Perform as a professional on-site at a customer location

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field and a minimum or 8+ years relevant professional experience, or a commensurate combination of education, training and experience, is required. * 6+ years of experience directly related to the following: * C/C++ programming and or Scripting (Python) including participation in sound software engineering practices * Mobile development * Reverse engineering * Understanding of and practical experience with various Internet protocols * Modern operating systems * Network security issues at all protocol layers * Understanding of host/operating system security issues * Network security devices such as Intrusion Detection Systems, Firewalls, Security Information Managers, Network Vulnerability Scanners
