Responsibilities
The Maintenance Electrician is a critical role for our manufacturing facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. The Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for working within a tight-knit team to ensure that vehicle operations at the plant maintain safety, quality, production, and time standards. The Maintenance Electrician will be charged with creating solutions both proactively and reactively to the changing demands at the plant level.
Ideal Candidate
**Education Required:** * High school or GED **Experience Required:** * Journeyman card as a Maintenance Electrician, Industrial Electrician, Electrical Technician, or equivalent trade including 2 years of experience with CNC or 3 years of experience with PLCs such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc, and HMI. * In lieu of a journeyman card, 7 years of experience with CNC or PLCs such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, Fanuc and HMI will be accepted. **Experience must also include:** * Electrical maintenance experience working in a fast paced manufacturing facility to include troubleshooting industrial electrical and electronic systems. * Ability to interpret prints of machine assembly and wiring diagrams * Ability to utilize Microsoft Office and experience with a computerized * Maintenance Management System. **Other requirements:** * The shift will be 2nd shift (2:30PM-11:00PM) and 3rd shift (10:30PM-7:00AM) * Able to work an eight-hour shift plus overtime when needed * Interpret information by using visual acuity and hearing * Able to wear hearing protection, enter confined spaces, use aerial equipment, and operate other equipment to perform their job. * Must be able to lift 40lbs frequently and 75 lbs. as needed/with assistance **Preferred Qualifications:** * 2+ years of CNC electrical machine repair
