ERP Design Analyst

This position contributes in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP application solutions spanning the integration of multiple functional business areas. The incumbent works with Sr ERP Design Analysts along with business and application groups to support re-engineering new processes and sustain existing ones and support Enterprise Architects with relevant documentation in support of standards, strategy, and solution recommendations. The incumbent has the ability to collaborate with functional teams on process mapping/requirements identification and provide Solution Integration Managers with the necessary documentation to ensure that functional and technical requirements support solutions holistically across all environments. He/she also has the ability to contribute in the translations of requirements to functional specifications for reporting, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows. In addition, under direction from the Sr. ERP Design Analyst, the incumbent participates in the development of design documents and test scripts, assist developers to design/configure applications, and contribute with the creation/management of documentation for all stages of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The position also requires the ability to assist in testing efforts and work with Business Customers and Developers to ensure appropriate testing is completed.

**Education Required:** * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent. Advanced degree a plus. Project Management Institute (PMI) certification desired. **Experience Required:** * Minimum of 1 or more years of successful project delivery with a focus on systems design. Experience with medium to large scale program and project delivery. * Experience in, and orientation toward, solution design and structured system development methodologies.
