SUE Practice Manager

Halff Associates has an immediate opening for a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Practice Manager in our Austin, TX office.

The SUE/Utility Coordination Practice Leader will be responsible for overseeing and leading SUE/Utility Coordination teams in multiple offices; marketing SUE services both internally and externally; developing and maintaining client relationships; overseeing QA/QC and standard operating procedures; strategic planning; and aligning SUE/Utility Coordination goals with firm goals. The Practice Leader will report to the Management Team.

• Minimum 10 years of SUE/Utility Coordination experience
• P.E. license in the State of Texas (other states a plus)
• Understanding of SUE standards and equipment
• Knowledge of Microstation V8i and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated
