Retail Sales Associate

Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, demonstrate selling skills and assist in the stocking, cleaning and merchandising of the retail store. Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, food safety and quality, cost and GMP standards in a high speed manufacturing environment.

* Answer questions from customers with available product knowledge and demonstrate selling skills. Answer phone and handle phone shipping orders. * Operate a computerized cash register with accuracy. * Stocking, cleaning, and merchandising of the retail store. * Communicate with management in regards to staff and customer issues. * Additional duties and various projects as needed. * Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary. * Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to: * GMP’s * Allergen Program * Quality * Sanitation * Safety

* High school degree or equivalent. * One to three years customer service experience. * Ability to work in a growing, fast-paced retail environment with a positive attitude. * Must be reliable and flexible, and available to work weekends, holidays. * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to lift 40-60 lbs., carry 20-40 lbs, push/pull 60+ lbs. Ability to be on feet throughout the day. * Ability to meet attendance guidelines. * Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with all contacts both inside and outside the company.
