Corporate Finance Manager

**Dual-role finance position:** * Perform financial planning and analysis to provide information for senior management. * Provide support to Corporate Finance in other functional areas (HFM/Essbase, ERP implementation, SOX).

* Prepare and/or review budgets, forecasts and strategic plan for corporate departments and divisions. * Manage the budget and forecast preparation process by working directly with corporate and division teams to provide information to them as needed and set requirements for reporting to Corporate Finance. * Prepare analyses comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts. * Prepare statistical reports, cash flow and balance sheet projections, and capital plans. * Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze and summarize financial information and prepare recommendations regarding budget planning, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts. * Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting, including sales by brand report, audit committee reports and earnings call data packs. * Develop and implement supplemental reporting requirements for divisions for sales and gross margin, CapEx, forecasted cash flows, etc. using HFM, Hyperion and/or Excel. * Prepare certain P&L and balance sheet schedules such as accrual analyses for bonuses and legal fees, allocations of corporate expenses, etc. * Provide corporate department heads with department P&L reports and support. * Prepare daily sales flash report. * Provide support for ERP implementation team. * Assist with special projects.

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or CIA certification a plus. * Five years related experience in accounting/finance, preferably public accounting or corporate finance. * Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. * Strong analytical, written and verbal communication and PC skills. Knowledge of Hyperion is preferred. * Ability to travel moderately.
