Responsibilities
* The Content Amplification Partner will develop and manage the necessary plans and processes to ensure maximum content reach, consumption, engagement and impact in support of achieving enterprise goals. * The Content Amplification Partner will collaborate with other social media partners to create a full social content publishing model, including content creation/syndication, paid amplification and facilitate the delivery of content through a variety of formats, and via multiple channels across non-GH owned social channels, earned and paid media. * The Content Amplification Partner will develop strategies to harness advocates online, whether those are industry influencers, consumers or other constituencies. This includes identifying and building relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in our space, and ensuring that these relationships benefit both the company and individual. * The Content Amplification Partner is responsible for measuring success against the campaign goals and achievable outcomes; determine methods to collect and present data and analysis.
Ideal Candidate
**Education:** Minimum Education Requirements * Bachelor's Degree * BA/BS degree in Business, Communications or Computer Sciences **Knowledge/Skills:** Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements - Strong interpersonal communications skills; ability to present solutions in clear, concise and persuasive manner. - Must be organized and detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple unique campaigns simultaneously. Extreme attention to detail is a must. - Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal direct supervision, but recognize the value of contributing in a team environment. **Experience:** Minimum Experience Requirements - 3+ years of experience designing content and/or cross-channel digital campaigns for amplification - 3 years understanding of interaction between SEO and other digital marketing channels - 2 years intermediate HTML, CSS, web analytics and content management systems **Preferred Experience** - 5 years experience driving content/thought leadership conversations, understanding impact on communities/communications and providing recommendations; and knows what tools to utilize to get desired results - 5 years understanding of interaction between SEO and other digital marketing channels - 5 years intermediate HTML, CSS, web analytics and content management systems **License/Certifications:** Minimum License/Certifications Requirements * Able to obtain shortly after hire Google AdWords Certified
