Summary

GreenZone Solutions, Inc. has a need for a Business Analyst in support of our Federal Client. The Business Analyst role will support the design and implementation of a centralized/standardized project intake process and tools across an IT organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support facilitation and development of a project intake process flow, RACI, scoring matrix, prioritization and capacity planning model and procedures, and training materials.
  • Lead and own development and maintenance of all project documentation including project artifacts, meeting minutes, oral presentations, etc.
  • Support the PM in management of all PM materials including status reports, risks/issues, action items, project schedule and SharePoint.
  • Lead the market research and development of an alternatives analysis for an automated project intake tool.
  • Lead the development of intake, scoring, and capacity planning requirements.
  • Support preparation and facilitation of training to stakeholders utilizing the new project intake process.
  • Support the transition of as-is to to-be processes throughout the implementation of an automated Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree: in Business, Management, Management Information Systems or related field
  • Business and requirements analysis experience
  • Business Process Improvement experience
  • Market research and alternatives analysis experience
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and communications skills

  • Advanced Excel and SharePoint designing/administration skills (preferred)

  • Experience with PPM tools (e.g. MS Project Server, ServiceNow) (preferred)
  • Experience designing and supporting the implementation of a centralized/standardized project intake process and tool across an IT organization (preferred)
  • At least 8 years experience
  • At least 5 years Business Analyst experience
