Procurement Project Analyst

Greencore is a fast growing, international convenience food leader. In the US Greencore is a leading US manufacturer of sandwiches, meal kits and salads to CPG, convenience retail and food service leaders

The Procurement Project Analyst will provide support for portfolio, program and project management processes and implementation to ensure procurement projects deliver efficiently and effectively. This position will be a Central Services role based in Minneapolis.

* Set up project files, compile and distribute reports to ensure ease of project tracking and reporting * Collate and compile all information necessary to maintain accurate assessment of project and cost savings quantification * Define and use Procurement solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking elements of a project delivery * Complete and process change requests and the application of change control procedures to ensure appropriate governance and control * Collect/compile data sets in preparation for RFI/RFP activity * Assist with inventory code and vendor set up, tracking and data maintenance as needed * Provide ad hoc support to project teams to ensure efficient delivery of project objectives

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience * Proficient in use of MS Office suite, able to create templates for others * Experience in database management with strong MS Excel skills * Must have 1 - 2 years of purchasing experience and basic knowledge of procurement function * Able to work with direction using discretion in resolving simple problems or inquiries * Prior experience working in the food manufacturing industry strongly preferred
