Summary
As the Digital Marketing Intelligence Analyst II, you provide vital KPIs and actionable insights to support Keurig’s eCommerce channel (keurig.com) and help evolve the online consumer experience. This is a role where you will make a major impact on the short and long term success of the online company with your dashboards, ad-hoc investigations, and core passion to tell the data story in crisp and visually compelling way.
Responsibilities
* Provide ongoing Digital Marketing Intelligence primarily focused on CRM with weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting as well as ad-hoc and deep-dive analysis. * Collaborate as a member the Digital Marketing Intelligence Team to produce & conduct the Digital Monthly Business Review with actionable insights. * Analyze consumer loyalty trends, as well as retention performance, utilizing Digital Prospect and Buyer data in SQL Server databases. * Actively provide insights to guide the online business to drive more acquisition and enhance retention tactics (such as the auto-delivery program). * Demonstrate agility by using multiple data sources, finding data patterns, and extracting key actionable insights both at the aggregate and segmented consumer level. * Establish strong working relationships within the digital team as well as with other internal teams such as IT, Hot, Kold, and Loyalty, providing analytical support as needed.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree required * Minimum of 3 years Analytics experience; Digital, Marketing, or CPG preferred * Database proficiency with strong SQL Query skills required; SQL Server preferred * Experience creating KPI Dashboards & using visualization tools; Tableau a plus * Robust Microsoft Suite skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to manipulate and create pivot tables and functions. Knack to put together compelling, easy to understand, visually appealing presentations that tell the story. * Strong communication skills; ability to listen and connect with co-workers with some project leadership to determine scope with best analytics approach, articulate effectively both verbally and in written form, and build relationships quickly.
