Complex Billing Supervisor

(Quincy, Massachusetts)Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that new bad data reports are created as needed, tested, added to the checklist, implemented and QA’d prior to the beginning of Rating and Bill Run.
- Work with other teams to make sure all details are recorded and understood for correct implementation and to avoid massive clean-up;
- Participate in the Bill Run QA – organize workloads, scheduling OT and coverage, scrub checklists;
- Review report criteria and enhancements requirements Improve and streamline internal processes
- Act as information resource for team members, directing them to contacts and procedure documents as necessary
- Creating and updating processes and corresponding documents
- Work with Manager to report and resolve issues
- Assist in special projects as they arise Maintaining and redefining team goals and measurements
- Building and Maintaining interdepartmental relationships; acting as the contact point for all other groups
- Writing quarterly performance reviews as they pertain to both individual and team goals

- Great attention to detail
- Ability to focus for long periods of time
- Work well independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Access
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience managing people
- Proficient in PowerPivot
- Comfortable with public speaking
