Project Assistant

Goodwin Procter’s Project Assistant program provides recent college graduates who have an interest in attending law school the opportunity to spend two years working closely with a creative and tenacious group of attorneys in a large law-firm environment. Goodwin’s Project Assistants will learn about the practice of corporate law through hands-on experience in an inclusive and collegial atmosphere, participating in challenging, leading edge work.

* Assist with corporate transactions. * Assist with corporate financings and formations and mutual fund formation and compliance * Assist with private and public company maintenance. * Assist with other projects as assigned.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, be capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and be able to work well in fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Applicants must have completed their Bachelor’s degree program having earned a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, and have an interest in attending law school. This is position is considered an apprenticeship and has a typical duration of two years.
