Paralegal

The Products Liability Paralegal will be responsible for providing support to attorneys for all aspects of product liability litigation. Duties will include case management, large-scale document production and review, and assisting attorneys in all stages of discovery and trial preparation on multiple related cases. The Products Liability Paralegal will also conduct research and draft, edit, cite-check and analyze legal documents.

A Bachelor's degree/paralegal certificate, and 5+ years’ experience in complex litigation is required, with a concentration in Products Liability litigation preferred. The successful candidate will have trial experience, strong organizational and communication skills, be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, and be able to work well in a team oriented environment. Knowledge of Lexis, Westlaw and Relativity is preferred.
