Junior Designer

GOOD is a social impact company that creates stories, experiences,and tools to push the world forward.

You'll work closely with our editors, writers, and art directors on projects ranging from marketing materials, concepting, and illustration, to contributing to our quarterly magazine and everything in between. GOOD is recognized for its unique design, powerful storytelling, and ability to push the world forward. As part of the media team, you'll be at the center of making sure that message is communicated effectively and beautifully.

* Assisting editors and art directors in sourcing, developing, and executing art concepts * Develop and create various marketing materials * GIFs * Help coordinate art department projects and freelancers * Strong illustration chops

* A strong visual design portfolio that shows experience in print, illustration, and web. * Highly developed conceptual thinking. Designers are expected to not just execute teammates' * ideas but also be a part of the initial creative process. * Collaborative, team player with a passion for GOOD's culture and values. * Good vibes.
