Senior Software Engineer

* Build amazing product experiences through iterative, custom-driven development. * Collaborate deeply with a cross functional team of Engineers, UX, Product and Operations. * Leverage practices such as Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration to ship code early and often (Think: Daily deploys) * Apply Lean Startup/Agile approaches to software development * Work in an open space environment (no cube walls, no offices)

* 5+ years professional development experience * 2+ years of experience on the Rails stack (Rails API, Javascript front-end) * Motivated by having an IMPACT on Customers and the Company * Have launched a complex project and iterated on it * Team Player, strong in Communications and Collaboration skills * Customer focus and Bias for Action * Strong communication skill
