Heating and Air Conditioning Sales Associate to provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service and provide real-time solutions to each customer's unique situation. Experience with flat rate pricing a plus. Must be reliable, customer focused, and flexible. Must have a clean driver's license and ability to pass random drug testing.

• Ability to go onsite in the field
• Maintain a presentable and operational company vehicle
• Flexibility to work as a team member
• Effectively convey the project to the installation crew and support staff
• Help the customer by offering them solutions to their heating and cooling needs
• Willingness to participate in continuing education

• At least five years of field experience, residential preferred
• Technical School Training
• Knowledge of current central air-conditioning systems and codes
• Experience with heat pumps, boilers and furnaces (both gas and oil)
• Universal EPA Certifications in 410A and R-22
• A positive attitude
• Good work ethic
• A Neat Appearance
• A clean and valid driver's license
