We’re creating an innovative new platform that uses data and algorithms to help understand what makes people happy and successful at work. Using rich cross-sectional data, we’re deciphering the characteristics of effective managers and strong leaders, and we’re helping refine the science of how teams and organizations thrive.

* Help build and scale our data science efforts to drive insight, prediction, action, and products from the large amounts of data we’re collecting. * Use innovative algorithms, machine learning, and NLP, to analyze, model, and predict people behavior and how they relate to organizational outcomes such as attrition, people and company performance, etc. * Support data and insight needs across a wide range of functions and activities to help us better understand our data with cutting-edge analyses and interactive visualizations.

* Have a BS (ideally MS or PhD) – subjects could range from computer science and statistics to econometrics or neuroscience * 2+ years experience in Data Science or a related discipline with a strong product focus preferred * Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, time-series analysis, and machine learning * Expert level fluency in R and/or Python, and related libraries * Experience with relational databases, SQL, and non-relational databases * Flair with data visualization and interactive exploration * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * A high level of curiosity and the need to ask questions and look for answers * The ability to quickly identify statistically significant patterns * A passion for great user experience, design, and creating a meaningful impact
