Partnership Program Manager - Corporate

All the pieces are in place for a Partner Program Manager to join the team, strategize and execute on key partnerships to grow the program to scale. You’ll be part of a distributed team focused on empowering student developers.

* Research: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships. * Process design: Develop and manage process for evaluating partnership opportunities. * Relationship management: Design and document an evolving set of standard partnership benefits and requirements, negotiate terms of partnership agreements, and maintain partner relations. * Strategy: Lead the creation of product offerings specifically tailored to partners. * Communication: Serve as the primary contact for partnership discussions, lead marketing of partnership announcements. * Growth: Expand our existing partner relationships and establish a cadence of new partner relationships.

* You have an established track record of successfully managing partner relationships, negotiating agreements and liaising with key stakeholders including senior management. * You have marketed a portfolio of developer-focused products. * You have experience creating, documenting, and implementing standardized business procedures. **BONUS POINTS IF:** * You’ve worked asynchronously with distributed team members. * You have a rolodex of professional relationships with developer focused companies.
