Responsibilities
* Coordinate and administer logistics to support all L&D programs, including leadership and professional development * Create processes to ensure smooth implementation of L&D programs, including scheduling, materials production, and training evaluations * Assess and implement a Learning Management solution to schedule and track training * Develop and maintain communications to market all learning program offerings to diverse audiences within GitHub * Assist in the development and facilitation of core L&D programs and benefits, such as mentoring and eLearning * Partner with other functional training teams to identify synergies and resolve conflicts
Ideal Candidate
QUALIFICATIONS: * Relevant experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment * Strong project planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet key milestones on time and with quality * Client service orientation with excellent attention to detail and follow-through * Strong communication and relationship building skills * Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. BONUS IF YOU HAVE: * Knowledge of Git and experience using GitHub * Prior experience in a learning and development role
Compensation and Working Conditions
Hours per week 40 and up
Team size 500
