Responsibilities
- As an instrumental part of the Product Team you will work in an AGILE environment, and collaborate with Product Design in shipping the right thing at the right time. - You will triangulate several data points not just relying on customer feedback, but also by collaborating with the Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing team to understand user needs. - You will distill feedback and have a more user-focused than user-driven approach to develop use cases. - You will work iteratively and continue to build requirements and user stories for product use cases for an AGILE framework.
Ideal Candidate
- Loads of curiosity and obsession on how things work - Deep empathy for users, and the ability to balance business requirements with user requirements - Experience running usability studies, ethnography, formative and summative research and quantitative research like surveys and A/B testing - Expertise in design techniques such as wire-framing, storyboarding, flowcharting and sketching - Comfort in working with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, and iterative startup environment - Comfort being customer-facing and interacting daily with external and internal customers - 5+ years in Product Design OR Product Management - A strong portfolio of UX work that demonstrates your methods of solving product problems - Ability to distinguish between UI and UX (bonus points if you can come up with 3 differences) - A strong desire to become a Product Expert who will assist with the ideation, development and launch of innovative new product lines **Preferred Qualifications** - Prior work experience in a SaaS environment - Experience working in sprints / SCRUM
