UX/UI Designer

• Produce detailed designs mocks, prototypes, or docs in collaboration with the rest of the product and engineering teams
• Simplify complex data and interactions for the user across platforms
• Work within a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
• Continually learn from our clients and Gigwalkers

• 5+ years of designing engaging social utilities or enterprise applications
• Cross platform experience desired; ideally there is one product you’ve supported across email, web, and native app design patterns
• Familiarity with data-driven products
• Strong commitment to and experience with integrating usability testing, research, and requirements in a user-centered design process
• Creative problem solver with the ability to communicate design direction clearly and assimilate rapid feedback
• Ability to communicate clear instructions to engineering teams, take feedback with grace, and use whatever tool is best for the job
• We love people who have high standards, a willingness to learn, and grit
• Excellent time management and priority balancing is a must
