* Produce detailed designs mocks, prototypes, or docs in collaboration with the rest of the product and engineering teams * Simplify complex data and interactions for the user across platforms * Work within a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly * Continually learn from our clients and Gigwalkers

* 5+ years of designing engaging social utilities or enterprise applications * Cross platform experience desired; ideally there is one product you’ve supported across email, web, and native app design patterns * Familiarity with data-driven products * Strong commitment to and experience with integrating usability testing, research, and requirements in a user-centered design process * Creative problem solver with the ability to communicate design direction clearly and assimilate rapid feedback * Ability to communicate clear instructions to engineering teams, take feedback with grace, and use whatever tool is best for the job * We love people who have high standards, a willingness to learn, and grit * Excellent time management and priority balancing is a must
