Community Intern

* Assist with the facilitation and marketing of employee engagement programs such as posters, emails and blogs * Assist with content development for internal blogs, employment brands and social media * Assist with Company-wide communications and meetings * Assist with Intranet * Conduct research and assist in planning new Community Engagement initiatives * Assist with the documentation and archive of Community Engagement programs and events through photo and/or video recording * Provide general administrative support for the Community department

* Basic understanding or desire to learn about HR concepts like Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS * Analytical skills: reasoning; solutions & problem solving * Researching: ability to take a broad topic and uncover best practices * Intermediate to advanced MS pivot tables, macros, and formulas * Intermediate to advanced MS Office Skills including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Drives, etc. * Good presentation skills & abilities: Power Point, charts, graphs, etc. * Collaborative: ability to work with cross-functional partners to achieve results amidst competing priorities * Excellent written & verbal skills * Leans into a challenge—turns problems into opportunities; has a high tolerance for ambiguity * Positive mental attitude, continuous learner focused on process improvement
