* Provides analytical support to Purchased Services Team

* Extract, analyze and process information from various sources * Interpret contracts and populate system data * Manage, retrieve and compile documentation * Present documentation in a consistent format * Perform quality assurance checks on all processed material * Monitor work progress and escalate issues appropriately * Provide user support as it relates to Sourcing technology and processes * Other responsibilities as assigned * Proficient knowledge in Office 2013 Word, Excel and Outlook * Strict attention to detail * Desire and ability to operate efficiently * Effectively collaborate in a team environment * Effective communication skills; written, oral and listening

* Bachelor's degree required * Extract, analyze and process information from various sources * Manage, retrieve and compile documentation * Database and/or software programming (RDBMS, SQL, VBA, .Net, etc.) * Provide user support as it relates to technology and processes
