Diversity & Inclusion Project Manager

This role is for the Diversity and Inclusion area and will support both home office diversity & inclusion and multicultural marketing strategy efforts. Strong soft skills are required and the candidate will need to help define hard deliverables and manage through ambiguity at times. The candidate should have a good business analyst background to see the larger picture, including issues, risks, and interdependences and apply project management techniques as appropriate for the situation. The candidate should be down their own diversity and inclusion path and should have high level awareness of the benefits of diversity and inclusion efforts and the business reasons for pursuing multicultural markets.
