The primary function of this role is to identify, document and explain business processes and end user procedures for breweries and corporate offices and make sure everything is clear, accurate, and thorough.

* Deliver updated integrated process documentation for all capability teams and support BP&S sustainment with all end user documentation updates post-hyper care. * Document integrated process flows using Visio or process documentation tool. * Demonstrate an ability to quickly understand a business process and explain it to others. * Facilitate process documentation workshops across project teams, the business, and BIS. * Do research and gather data from multiple sources and summarize to a concise and easy to understand process diagram. * Demonstrate knowledge of SAP processes and transactions. * Plan, coordinate, and facilitate final process walk through sessions (examples: process review meetings, conference room pilots, or similar). * Collaborate with testing teams to incorporate and validate integrated processes are covered in testing strategy, testing plans and scenarios. * Collaborate with Organizational Change Management Team (communication, readiness, learning) to provide information and insights related to the integrated scenarios. * Collaborate with stakeholders on updating all performance support materials that are transitioned to BP&S sustainment. * Use uPerform software to create end user procedures for SAP transactions and other tools.
